Growing up on my family’s farm in Alabama, I experienced firsthand the reward of hard work in the skilled trades.
After continuing my career in education, consulting, and tech, I noticed a troubling trend: America faces a shortage of builders across every part of the economy. Millions of Americans lack the resources to access the high-paying, purpose-driven careers offered by skilled trades while businesses suffer.
