Working with UpSmith, Oteka was able to expand their workforce by more than 30% in under 12 months, and this August, another successful cohort of low voltage technicians joined the Oteka team. Those who joined the team are status-quo disruptors like Emekreia, who is looking to inspire the next generation of women to join the world of skilled labor, and hard workers like Acue, who is looking to become the provider every kid hopes to have in their corner.
