Despite advances in artificial intelligence, robot plumbers aren’t going to replace human beings in the skilled trades anytime soon.
Still, AI will make the best tradespeople 10x more productive. To achieve this, skilled tradespeople need positive reinforcement of sales training, and technology can reinforce winning behaviors.
In many ways, approaches for effective teaching with Teach For America work equally well coaching adult learners: Affirm positive actions, drive friendly competition, and create high performance culture.
